1. replaced 'org.springframework.orm.hibernate3.HibernateOptimisticLockingFailureException' with 'org.springframework.orm.ObjectOptimisticLockingFailureException' in unit test because of upgrade to spring 4.3.8.RELEASE.  Upped the hibernate-entitymanager version to 4.3.11.Final (to match new spring dependency).
