Maven project d1_integration_DEV_sysmeta_sync_functional

Runs integration tests that check on the v2 approach to metadata management process, including MN.updateSystemMetadata(), CN.synchronize(), CN.updateSystemMetadata(), and MN.systemMetadataChanged(). IMPORTANT! : CN synchronization task should be turned off for this test so that CN.synchronize()'s effect can be tested in isolation.
