Project d1_integration_DEV2_func_ALL

Triggers a run of most of the functional tests. Many can run in parallel, but d1_integration_DEV2_sysmeta_sync functional needs to be run by itself (since it disables sync on an MN, and re-enables it after, and so could interfere with other tests). d1_integration_DEV2_registerister_functional however is not included in these tests since it requires a manual cleanup step in LDAP afterward.
