Runs integration tests on the v2 CNRegister API against the DEV2 environment.
The CN.updateNodeCapabilities() test can reset its own state, but CN.register requires shutting down d1-processing and deleting the added entry (called "urn:node:TestNode") from LDAP. Since this can't be done programatically, this test should probably be left disabled.
